At EternalPerfumeOils, we want you to be completely captivated by your signature scent. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused fragrance oils in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unused perfume oils in their original glass vials and protective boxes to ensure they are not damaged or leaked during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our scent specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
